Changing Filter

Full Service

A comphrensive multi-point check and engine filter replacement to ensure the safety and performance of your car. It will be carried out in accordance with your manufacturer's specifications. Recommended every 12 months or 12,000 miles. 

  • Oil and filter replacement

  • Air filter replacement

  • Engine bay, body work and interior checks

  • Tyre and brake inspection

  • Engine fluid level checks and top ups​​

  • Road test

  • Full diagnostic report

  • Spark plug replacement (if applicable)

  • Fuel filter replacement (if applicable)

  • Brake fluid change (every 3 years)

 

Time: 1 hour 45 Minutes

Interim Service

For those covering less than 12,000 miles a year, our interim service includes:

  • Oil and filter replacement

  • Engine bay, bodywork, and interior checks

  • Tire and brake inspection

  • Engine fluid level checks and top-ups

  • Road test

 

Time: 1 hour

Basic Service

Our basic service is perfect for annually low mileage vehicles (under 7,000 miles per year), it includes:

40 Minutes

  • Oil and filter replacement

  • Engine level check and top-up

  • What is the difference between a full service and an interim service?
    A full service is a comprehensive check, recommended every 12 months or 12,000 miles, while an interim service is designed to keep your car running smoothly between full services. It's ideal if you cover less than 12,000 miles a year.
  • When can I book an appointment?
    We offer flexible appointments 7 days a week. Our hours are 17:00 - 20:00 Monday to Friday and 08:00 - 18:00 on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • How do I book an appointment with Certified Servicing?
    Booking is easy! Visit our booking page on our website, choose your service, pick a date and time that suits you from our calendar, and confirm your appointment. It's a simple, hassle-free process.
  • What happens if I need to reschedule my appointment?
    We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time.
  • Is there a warranty on your services?
    Yes, we stand by the quality of our work. All our services come with a warranty. If you have any concerns after your service, don't hesitate to reach out to us.
  • Can I contact you with questions about my vehicle, even if I'm not booking a service?
    Of course! Our head technician is always happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you have regarding your vehicle, whether or not you're booking a service with us.
  • How do you dispose of waste materials responsibly?
    We are committed to responsible waste disposal. We follow strict guidelines for hazardous waste disposal, ensuring that all waste is handled and disposed of safely and in accordance with regulations.
  • Do you use genuine parts for servicing?
    Yes, we use Bosch parts and manufacturer-recommended oils for all our services, ensuring the quality and longevity of your vehicle.
  • What is the Certified Servicing process?
    Your service is due. You provide your vehicle details and address. You choose a time, date, and place that suits you. Our technician will service your vehicle. You now have a fully serviced vehicle without leaving your house, saving you time, money, and hassle!
  • Are you insured and do you have any qualifications?
    Yes, we are fully insured and hold all required qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance, Diagnostics and Repair (IMI) V.A.G Service Technician certified Level 3 aware in Basic Mobile Air Conditioning (QCF) Lithium-Ion certified IOSH Health and Safety certificate LGV Class 2 licensed Hazardous waste note
